1. Hands-on! They have a problem, I have a solution. I hand them THE blueprint! After all, I’ve walked the walk so I know e.x.a.c.t.l.y. what my clients need to do!

 

1. Guide on the side! I allow space for my clients to just be and I gently guide them towards their own breakthrough!

Coaching people while they are changing their lives and businesses can be messy AF.  

 

Humans are complex, and their subconscious minds are steering the ship. 

 

Leading clients to their breakthroughs can be uncomfortable (at best) to watch and be a part of. 

 

But here’s the thing- people are hiring you to hold up a mirror for them to be able to see themselves, and experience the shifts they need in order to grow.

 

But watching your clients discover how to listen to their own intuition and guide themselves is even better than getting Carrie Bradshaw on the  “Which Sex and the City Character are you?” Quiz!
