Feeling triggered and judgmental? How to heal emotional triggers and manifest success

Who does she think she is:

Talking about that?

Making that kind of money?

Living MY dream life?

Whoa! Let’s put down the haterade, and get down to what's REALLY bothering you!

Online comparison triggers are real, and they’re your biggest block to having the success that you desire.

The real reason you sit, scroll,  judge, and compare yourself to others is because you're feeling not good enough.

And your subconscious mind works very hard at showing you evidence of what you already believe.

But here's the good news:

Your brain can only create what it can visualize- it's like a shortcut to manifesting success!

So, next time you see HER doing that thing you really want to do- close your eyes, open your heart, and feel gratitude that the universe is showing you it’s possible.

Welcome to episode 8 of Ready for More, where I’m talking about how to stop comparing yourself to others, and start realizing that you're more than enough, more than deserving, and more than prepared.

I’m also discussing the science behind why you feel this way, what to do about it, and how to grow from it.

The negative feelings we send out always make their way back to us. You have to decide if you’ll let those human emotions propel you forward or keep you stuck.

But also, if you’re truly repelled by someone- you’re not Mother Teresa and sometimes you just have to block a B!

It’s going down!

Xo,

Gaby
